Please enter your Client Log-in user name and password for access to the Special Client Booking Facility.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.
Room Assignments
Please assign your guests to their rooms. Nominate their names to each room.
You have nominated multiple rooms; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all rooms. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.

Minimum Stay Periods

Minimum 2 night stay unless adjoining an existing booking. Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas -New year period and Easter and Lond weekends.


Booking Conditions

A credit card number is required and a 50% deposit is charged when the booking is made to guarantee the reservation. Upon arrival the final amount owing will be charged (unless alternative arrangements have been made).

As we are holding your reservation in good faith and there is a 14 day cancellation policy. Your card would be charged with the full amount of your stay should you cancel or change your reservation within 14 days of arrival. If the Studio is re-booked within the 14 day period a full refund will be made. Upon quoting credit card details you are verbally agreeing to our booking conditions.

Guests are liable for the repair and or replacement of any damage to the Studios and content that may occur during the period of their stay at the premises.
We request that any damage caused by guests be brought to our attention as promptly as possible.

Please note: The Studios are not serviced during period of stay. However additional fresh bath towels and linen are available at no charge upon request.
